Matching brief
The questionnaire processes answers in your browser to generate service-based suggestions. Answers are not submitted to a lead database. Downloading the brief saves a file to your device. You can copy a prepared inquiry and open a provider’s website; neither action sends your brief automatically.
Personal scorecards
Scorecards are stored in this browser’s local storage only when you select “Save on this device.” Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see them. Clear a provider’s scorecard from the worksheet or remove this site’s browser data.
External websites
Provider links open external websites with their own data practices. Contact providers through their published website links.
Hosting
The hosting service may process standard connection and access information to deliver the site. This version adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Review information and moderation
The customer review form opens the shared review submission system. Your display name, service period, rating, headline, and review text may be published on the source website after moderation. Your email address and company fields are kept in the private team workspace for moderation and follow-up; they are not included in the public review feed. Avoid putting confidential details into the public review fields.
Saved providers and inquiry forms
Saved providers remain in this browser’s local storage. Unsave a provider or clear this site’s browser data to remove the saved list. Inquiry and provider-submission links open a shared submission form and identify the website you came from. Information you submit there is stored in the CRM for submission review and follow-up.
Verification requests
Company verification requests collect the representative’s name, company email, role, website and supporting information in the private verification inbox. Reviewers may also provide private supporting information to request customer-relationship verification. Public pages show verification status and dates, not contact information, evidence or team notes. Team verification decisions are recorded for accountability.
