Confirm transfer controls
Document the release count, shipment contents, destination receipt, and discrepancy process. Ask who authorizes adjustments and which records remain available after the old account closes.
Verify readiness before expansion
Request test results for integrations, inventory updates, packing instructions, and tracking. Keep unresolved items visible during the cutover. Agree on the circumstances that would delay the next transfer or require a fallback plan.
Write a controlled handover plan
List the stock count, shipment preparation, receiving confirmation, system tests, and order-routing changes needed for the move. Give each step an owner and an acceptance condition. Identify the decisions that depend on the outgoing provider, the incoming provider, and your own team. Keep the target date separate from the date everyone has confirmed. Review your actual commitments with the appropriate advisers before relying on a transfer assumption.
Record what is established
Keep the date and scope of the evidence beside the conclusion. Identify whether an answer applies to your products, the proposed facility, and the activities you intend to buy. List exclusions and unresolved points with the same care as confirmed capabilities. The record should show the limits of the research rather than imply an audit that has not taken place.
